Advertising policy

kickbid.lol sells one thing: a sponsored placement on this website. You choose a product URL or an X handle and an amount; the placement appears at whatever rank that amount earns under the published rules, on a board that is ordered by money paid rather than by an editorial pick or a recommendation algorithm.

That ordering rule applies to this site and to nothing else. We do not sell, influence, or claim to influence a position on any surface we do not own.

• A placement on this site, at the rank the amount paid earns under the published rules.
• The clicks that placement receives, reported publicly on the listing's own page.
• A position that lasts until someone pays more, with no expiry of its own.

• Ranking anywhere else. Nothing bought here changes a position in a search engine, an app store, or any marketplace we do not own.
• SEO link value. Outbound clicks pass through a redirect carrying rel="sponsored", which is the disclosure paid links are required to carry.
• An endorsement. Nothing on the board is reviewed, tested, or recommended by us. Rank reflects money and nothing else.
• A guaranteed amount of traffic, revenue, sign-ups, or any other outcome.
• Editorial coverage. There is no placement on this site that money cannot buy, and none that money can buy quietly.

Anyone selling you the second item on that list — paid links that pass ranking signals — is selling you something search engines treat as a violation. We are not in that business and the redirect is built so that we cannot drift into it.

Disclosure here is not a line in a footer. It is the product: the site is named after the mechanic, the home page states the price of the top spot, and every listing shows what it paid.

• Every outbound click passes through a redirect that carries rel="sponsored".
• The board publishes each listing's cumulative spend and the clicks it received.
• The ranking rules are generated from the same constants the code enforces, so the published rule and the applied rule cannot differ.
• The board's structured data describes it as an ordered list, ranked descending by amount paid — machine-readable, not just prose.

• There is no element of chance. The rank a payment buys is computed and shown before you pay, and it is the rank you get.
• There is no prize and no pool. Nothing is drawn, awarded, or won.
• No user is ever paid. There is no revenue share, no referral commission, and no affiliate tier.
• Nothing is held in escrow or staked. A payment buys a placement outright and is spent the moment it is made.

A buyer receives an advertising placement in exchange for a payment, in full, the moment the payment clears. Nothing about the transaction is contingent on an event, an outcome, or another person's behaviour.

These are enforced when a listing is created, not reviewed afterwards — a submission that breaks one of them is rejected rather than published and cleaned up later.

• Sexual or adult content of any kind, including NSFW platforms.
• Chat and invite links — Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal and similar.
• Link shorteners. A submitted shortener is refused rather than followed.
• Affiliate, referral and tracking URLs. Query strings are stripped before a listing is created.
• Anything you do not own or are not authorised to promote.

A listing that gets past those checks and breaks a rule anyway is removed. Removal for a breach is not refunded; removal for any other reason is — see refunds.

No payment changes anything on this page, the rules, or how a listing is disclosed. There is no arrangement under which a listing can be shown without its paid status being visible, and no amount buys removal of the sponsored disclosure. If you believe a listing on the board breaches this policy, write to support@kickbid.lol and it will be looked at.
