Delete a cloud account

In game versions with online accounts enabled, open the cloud account panel in the game, choose DELETE ACCOUNT, and confirm. This removes the online account and cloud save, public profile and leaderboard presence, and its owned tournament participation, results and claims, and revokes its sessions. The current game deliberately keeps your local progress; cloud deletion and local deletion are separate actions.

If online services are unavailable, or you cannot access the account, email danzuapp@gmail.com with the subject “Sand Puzzle data deletion.” Tell us what you want deleted and, if available, your player ID. Do not send your recovery code or password. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.

Access or export your data

Email danzuapp@gmail.com to request access or export, including your player ID if available. Do not email recovery codes, passwords or session credentials. We verify account ownership before sharing account data. The current online service has an authenticated export endpoint for account progress, outcomes, purchases, pass records and tournament participation, results and claims; the game does not currently provide a dedicated export button.

Remove local game data

Deleting the app using iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Sand Puzzle → Delete App removes its local app data. Offload App keeps documents and data. Removing the app does not itself delete an online account, Apple purchase records, or all secure credentials stored by iOS. Use the cloud deletion action or contact support for account data.

Purchase and provider records

Deleting a game account does not cancel or refund an Apple purchase. Limited transaction identifiers and purchase records may remain to prevent duplicate delivery, handle refunds and meet applicable obligations. Apple, RevenueCat and advertising providers may retain records under their own policies. Contact us for help with requests concerning data held by us or our providers.
